Project Description

A recruitment-first corporate platform for SGS Consulting: that was the brief UPDOT® set out to solve, engineered end-to-end on a Next.js headless architecture within a Turborepo monorepo. From UI/UX design and front-end development to API integration, QA, and deployment, the team owned every layer of the build. The result: a dynamic, content-rich platform paired with Applicant and Employee Portals wired to backend APIs for real-time job data, giving SGS a website that performs as hard as it looks. Underpinning it all: a custom component system built with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, and Framer Motion.

To achieve these objectives, we architected a highly scalable, modern web ecosystem utilizing a Turborepo monorepo structure to centralize configurations and unify the codebase. We built their new platform on Next.js 14, leveraging Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and advanced caching strategies to ensure dynamic job boards load instantaneously. The user interface was refined by creating a custom, shared component package built with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, and Framer Motion. This approach guaranteed an accessible, premium, and responsive experience while providing a highly efficient foundation for cross-platform development.
