The project centred on an extensive digital transformation, requiring a complete website overhaul with a custom, modern interface. UPDOT® enabled KisanKraft’s shift from WordPress to a headless CMS (Strapi), leveraging its technical expertise to unlock flexibility and simplify processes. The transformation was built around four core capabilities: a high-performance Next.js frontend, a headless CMS migration, a headless e-commerce engine powered by Strapi, and a direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales flow, ensuring better product visibility and a seamless purchasing experience for their global audience. The goal was to build a digital infrastructure to support an inquiry-based sales approach for large machinery, ensuring better product visibility and communication for their consultative sales process.
