Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a strategic Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-scale digital platforms. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our engineering team and stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into streamlined, actionable roadmaps.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap, translating complex business requirements into actionable engineering sprints and clear deliverables.
- Lead agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives) to maintain high team velocity and ensure strict adherence to project timelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies, ensuring that architectural standards and quality benchmarks are never compromised.
- Act as the strategic bridge between global stakeholders and engineering units, providing transparent reporting on progress, budget, and resource utilization.
- Continuously optimize delivery workflows and resource allocation to eliminate bottlenecks and maximize the efficiency of the development lifecycle.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years managing end-to-end software development lifecycles (SDLC) for complex, high-scale web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks, with the ability to lead sprint planning and reviews with engineering rigor.
- Strong background in software architecture, capable of discussing API integrations, deployment pipelines, and tech stacks with developers.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into clear, strategic business updates for global clients.
