We’re in search of a UI/UX Designer with a proven track record and proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other relevant software.
In your role, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, and developers, to translate ideas and requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.
Responsibilities:
Design & Creativity:
- Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on project requirements.
- Ensure consistency in design elements aligned with brand guidelines.
User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs.
- Analyze user feedback and data to refine designs for improved user experiences.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Provide design insights during brainstorming sessions to shape product vision and direction.
Tools & Technologies:
- Use design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create user interfaces.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Accessibility & Usability:
- Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive for diverse user groups.
- Focus on usability and responsiveness across devices and platforms.

The compensation package for the position ranges from ₹3.6 to ₹4.5 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.
