Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Management:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from inbound leads via email, calls, and CRM systems.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and fit with our offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with potential clients through consistent follow-ups

Client Engagement:

  • Present solutions to prospects and conduct product/service demonstrations,
  • Address client concerns and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.

Closing Deals:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepareproposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Account Growth:

  • Develop relationships with new clients to convert them into long-term partners.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, online research, and cold outreach

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics identify new opportunities
  • Contribute to business growth strategies and plans

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on client needs.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service
